**Job Summary:**

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care through the utilization of the nursing process.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process, working collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice.
  • Available for assignment to duty on an ad hoc basis and in various potential nursing units, usually to assist in times of unusually heavy workloads or to assume the duties of absent nursing personnel.

**Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • 2 years experience in an acute care or specialty nursing setting including telemetry experience.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • PCCN or CCRN certification.
