Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Management: Manage and complete jobs according to PuroClean processes and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Production and Quality Control: Perform and supervise production work, monitor assigned jobs from start to finish, and maintain production costs at established rates.
  • Sales and Marketing: Perform sales and marketing activities, including add-on sales and security checks, and communicate with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and train production staff technicians, and ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three years of experience in the home improvement or commercial improvement industry, with a VA HIC and/or CIC license preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and coach teammates, with a willingness for continued learning and growth.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to details in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating the message.
  • Safety Awareness: Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
