At Tempus, we're revolutionizing the healthcare industry with our cutting-edge technology. As a Clinical Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major cancer centers, clinics, and key opinion leaders. Your strategic plans will be the key to gaining and retaining new and existing clients, maximizing client-bill contracting opportunities, and implementing laboratory services agreements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful attainment of company goals and objectives
  • Identify and develop partnering opportunities between prospective oncology clients and Tempus
  • Monitor performance of sales to ensure objectives are met
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory

Requirements:
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing - MBA preferred
  • 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
  • 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer centers and clinics, oncology GPO's, large health systems, and large oncology practices
  • Demonstrated measurable revenue generation at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or relevant biotechnology company
