Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

CPI Security is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support for our security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, technical support, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to security systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security system-related issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Document customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience, technical support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
