Job Title: Open Enrollment HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Open Enrollment HR Support Specialist to join our team at TalentBridge. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a successful Open Enrollment period for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits and Open Enrollment Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries related to Open Enrollment (OE). Assist employees with enrolling in benefits, explaining plan options, eligibility, and the enrollment process.
  • Customer Service and Support: Respond to OE-related calls and emails in a prompt, courteous, and accurate manner. Provide high-level customer service to employees, ensuring all inquiries are resolved in accordance with established performance standards.
  • HR Operations: Maintain and update employee benefits files, ensuring accurate records are kept in accordance with legal and company requirements. Conduct regular audits of OE-related data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on Open Enrollment processes and employee support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining benefit options and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining and updating benefits records and documentation.
