Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation:

$100,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate the growth of the Physical Therapy Department, with guidance from the Director of Physical Therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their medical history and current health issues.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient diagnoses and incorporate various physical therapy modalities.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans for each patient.
  • Monitor patient conditions and responses to treatments, adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Physical Therapy.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher, along with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
