Compensation: $100,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate the growth of the physical therapy department, with guidance from the Director of Physical Therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their medical history and current health concerns.
- Design individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses and incorporate appropriate physical therapy modalities.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans for each patient.
- Monitor patient conditions and responses to treatments, adjusting as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy practice.
- A bachelor's degree or higher, along with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
