Compensation: $100,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the growth of the physical therapy department, with guidance from the Director of Physical Therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to gather their medical history, current health issues, and lifestyle factors.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnoses and integrate physical therapy modalities to address health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans for each patient.
  • Monitor patient conditions and responses to treatments, adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
  • A minimum of three years of experience in Physical Therapy.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher, along with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
