Role Responsibilities:

Ariens Company is seeking an energetic District Manager to lead operations in the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle regions. In this capacity, you will collaborate with our dealer partners, acting as a reliable business consultant to enhance sales and expand the presence of Ariens and Gravely brands in the outdoor power equipment sector. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in increasing our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to dealer partners to foster sales growth
  • Coordinate initiatives to achieve sales objectives
  • Utilize resources effectively to enhance market share
  • Formulate strategies to safeguard and grow partnerships with dealers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Provide insights on territory performance and industry trends
  • Execute strategies for organic growth and increased revenue
  • Assist dealers throughout the entire sales process

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience; experience with dealer networks is advantageous
  • Familiarity with power equipment is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
