Regional Sales Manager

PALFINGER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and growing key accounts in the USA by developing a market strategy and analysis of vertical customer segments.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive market analysis of our product portfolio, identifying vertical market segments and determining total available market (TAM) and product available market (PAM) per product line.
- Research and determine opportunities for product innovation and development, driving and executing all phases of business development life cycle.
- Develop product expertise, understanding of value proposition, and competitive positioning, and develop and perform to sales goals with a focus on growing market share.
- Provide sales reporting and forecasting, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams.
- 5-7 years of business development experience in durable goods manufacturing, with a proven track record of sales leadership and accomplishment.
- Experience developing vertical market/customer segment growth strategies and executing full life cycle of sales process.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn technical specifications, with a strong desire to learn and provide a consultative approach to selling.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, forecast, and report on sales pipeline.
