Job Title: Regional Account Manager

ClimateMaster is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products through a network of distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual sales volume and market share goals for your territory
  • Facilitate the attainment of these goals through your activities in the region
  • Represent ClimateMaster in a professional manner and build effective relationships with the HVAC community and CLM
  • Travel 50% to distributors' offices, mechanical contractors, builders, developers, architects, utilities, and owner accounts
  • Conduct quarterly factory visits, monthly regional forecasts, and trade shows as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical area with extensive experience in the design and sale of water-sourced heat pump systems
  • Coaching experience in the education, promotion, and sale of air conditioning/heating systems
  • Business management experience with a basic understanding of HVAC distributor business practices
  • High level of integrity, advanced social skills, and self-motivation to excel
  • Ability to present in front of audiences and knowledge of designing, construction, and servicing of HVAC systems
