Lead a Team to Success

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our team to success. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop relationships to add new clients.
  • Research new business opportunities and identify potential sales leads.
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Report daily field activity using a CRM system.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
