We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at The Pappas Agency. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be working closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans to achieve our goals.
As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of insurance products and develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers. You will also have access to comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
- Work closely with our team to achieve sales goals
- Develop a deep understanding of the insurance industry and our customers' needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
We offer a competitive commission structure, up to $7,000 cash bonuses, and an all-expense-paid trip worth $8k based on sales in the first 90 days. We also provide best-in-class training and onboarding, national and regional trainings, opportunity for advancement, and 100% remote work if desired.
