Job Overview

Globe Life AIL - Sanovia Bennett is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves actively participating in leadership, servicing clients, and selling our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell American Income's products and services - Present value and service to our clients with a 7 decade proven system.
  • Develop, Train, our upcoming agents - Maintain rapport with clients to close sales and promote customer retention. Teach, train, and grow your team.
  • Meet and exceed serving the clients - Achieve monthly quarterly, individual, and team goals for new and existing clients.
  • Track goals and results - Keep track of clients interactions and track goal attainment.
  • Build your business - Stay abreast with growing your business, stay consistent with growing your team, and keep Globe Life's the American Income Division great reputation.

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • Life and Health Licence
  • Excellent ability to manage and build a team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectation
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and serving
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet clients needs
  • Familiarity with Management/ Leadership
  • Windows computer/laptop
