Job Summary: As an Optical Sales Professional at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Main Responsibilities:

* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
* Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
* Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
* Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
* Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
* Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are attractive and well-presented.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
* Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
* Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written).
* Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
