Join Imperva's Cybersecurity Team

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and account success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, services, and engineering, to support successful customer onboarding and time-to-value
  • Advocate for customer needs and drive product usage through close relationships with support teams and engineering
  • Partner with customers to review services, manage escalations, and prepare business reviews to ensure customers have leveraged all relevant features and identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the voice of the customer across Imperva, managing customer surveys, sharing insights, and defining feature requests
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing customer success, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer role within the web/network/information industry
  • Technical knowledge of HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, load balancers, web optimization, and ideally proxies and firewalls
  • Awareness and understanding of data and application protection regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong customer relationships, and develop 'trusted advisor' status
  • Ability to work within a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team in a fluctuating workload environment
