Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator

Contract: Remote Position

Salary: $25.00 Per Hour

About the Role:
  • The Healthcare Enrollment Coordinator is tasked with ensuring precise enrollment of members into the enrollment systems for intricate accounts.
  • This position requires collaboration with various internal and external partners to guarantee timely and accurate enrollment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process enrollments for subscribers and their dependents across all business lines through various communication methods.
  • Confirm enrollment statuses, amend membership records, address discrepancies in enrollment systems, and manage membership terminations.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation activities and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work alongside the Account Installation Team for the member identification card process and coordinate with billing technicians for group enrollments.
  • Provide initial training for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in membership enrollment, customer service, billing, claims processing, or data analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to multiple and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proficient in understanding client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail when entering data into systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering positive customer service to both internal and external clients.
