**Position Title:** Program Supervisor V

**Role Summary:**

The Program Supervisor V - Director of Education and Training is responsible for overseeing the administration and supervision of all vocational and active treatment programs for residents at the Supported Living Center (SSLC).

This role involves organizing, planning, and coordinating all aspects of program operations to meet established goals and objectives.

The Director will develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure program quality and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting program goals and objectives for the education and training department, utilizing data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensuring a well-trained and supported workforce to deliver high-quality services.
  • Coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
  • Participating in annual reviews and utilizing monitoring tools to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Overseeing compliance with Department of Labor, OSHA, and other applicable standards.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  • Regular attendance and flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.
  • Developing and overseeing high-quality education and training programs that comply with established standards.
  • Maximizing departmental resources to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and ensuring staff compliance with training requirements.
  • Facilitating communication among department supervisors to address program implementation and performance issues.
  • Implementing systems for performance assessment and financial resource management.
  • Building partnerships with external organizations to enhance vocational services.
