Key Responsibilities- Provide back-up coverage for bankers, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling problems before they become significant and preparing customized reports/summaries as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records in accordance with policy, facilitating client-directed transactions.
- Responsible for new client adoptions, including Know Your Client (KYC) and account opening processes.
- Manage and drive all Event Driven Reviews and regularly review KYCs to completion.
- Undergraduate degree in a finance-related field preferred.
- Experience in a related field is a plus.
- Series 7 and 63 recommended.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, managers, and peers.
