Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on financial products and services that meet their needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a business development or client relationship management role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in financial analysis and product knowledge.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must be registered/licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or be able to be registered under the Safe Act.
