Relationship Manager

At IDB Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow existing relationships and identify new business opportunities that align with the bank's strategy.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and attention.
- Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and introducing appropriate products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual reviews and remain up-to-date on all client matters to minimize risk.
- Maintain a consistent and successful calling program, achieving all individual and team goals.
- Structure relationships to minimize risk and maximize profitability, while developing positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners.
- Complete all required training and remain fully compliant on all client matters, conducting yourself as a true brand ambassador for the bank.
- 6-10 years of experience in managing factored or asset-based relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate responses.
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both externally and internally.
The expected annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $200,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
