    • Utilize lift equipment to access and clean ceilings at various heights.
    • Ensure all ceiling areas are devoid of dust, debris, and any construction-related residues.
  2. Lift Operation:
    • Safely operate and maintain lift equipment.
    • Exhibit the ability to learn and adapt to different lift models and specifications.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating lift machinery.
  3. Travel Requirements:
    • Travel to various retail locations nationwide to execute cleaning tasks.
    • Compensation of $7.25 per hour for travel time exceeding two hours.
    • Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project execution.
    • Follow travel schedules and project timelines diligently.
  4. Accommodation Arrangements:
    • Stay in company-provided hotels during project assignments.
    • Company vehicles are provided for each crew, with fuel and toll expenses covered.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized living environment while on assignment.
  5. Project Coordination:
    • Work closely with project managers and team members to meet deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively to resolve any issues or changes in project scope.
    • Regularly report on progress and completion status.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in construction cleaning, particularly focusing on ceilings, is essential.
    • Capability to operate a 19' electric scissor lift is required.
  • Licensing:
    • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
    • OSHA Certification or other vocational credentials are advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in using a smartphone and/or computer.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Capability to work at elevated heights and in diverse environmental conditions.
    • Physical agility to operate lift equipment and perform manual cleaning tasks.
  • Compensation:
    • Hourly pay for this position ranges from $14 to $18.
    • Employees receive $30 per day for per diem while traveling (exempt from taxation and in addition to wages).
    • Weekly pay schedule.
    • Bonuses are available for early project completions.

Duration: The working season commences in January and concludes before Thanksgiving. Individual projects may last from three days to six weeks, with employees traveling from project to project without returning home until the season ends.
