We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Carespring. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our workforce.
Compensation:
- STNA: $17 to $22 Per Hour
- LPN: $27.50 to $31 Per Hour
- RN: $32 to $38 Per Hour
Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning: Develop and maintain accurate schedules to meet the needs of our nursing care units.
- Staffing Management: Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels and manage call-offs during working hours.
- Onboarding and Training: Assist new personnel with computer orientation and provide support for ongoing education and training.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with DON and other stakeholders regarding staffing, census, and employee attendance and behavior issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records and provide data-driven insights to inform staffing decisions.
Requirements:
- STNA, LPN, or RN Licensure in the state where facility is located
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
