National Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Agent to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities- Support Field Technicians in resolving customer issues, using technical and interpersonal skills, as well as a range of computer programs and tools.
- Act as a traffic controller for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
- Interface directly with customers to resolve their issues, using your excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Working with a dynamic team to complete provisioning, device configuration, troubleshooting, and signal measurements to solve problems.
- Solving technical issues in real-time using the latest tech tools and programs.
- The fast-paced environment, which makes the day go by quickly and allows you to accomplish a lot each workday.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical skills: MS Office and computer literate.
- Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules in-office, including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
