About the Role

Spectrum is seeking a highly skilled National Field Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Field Technicians in resolving technical issues and completing provisioning, device configuration, and signal measurements.
  • Use technical and interpersonal skills to interface directly with customers to resolve their issues.
  • Work in a 24/7 call center environment with a variety of integrated functions.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical skills: MS Office and computer literate.
  • Abilities: Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules in-office, including mornings, nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of telecommunications, call center, or high-speed data, video, or voice experience.
  • College coursework or equivalent experience in technology.
