**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise Client Service Managers
- Conduct performance reviews, assist leadership with compensation discussions
- Provide daily supervision, acts as a mentor and assists with career path development
- Drive productivity by standardizing work and creating & documenting efficient processes and procedures
- Delegate tasks to team members to achieve deadlines
- Determine and adjust client workloads when necessary
- Develop and facilitate training for the team
- Technology liaison, subject matter expert for systems and how they affect the team and clients
- Facilitate communication between Partners, Advisors, and Client Service Managers
- Serve as the team's representative on corporate projects and initiatives where appropriate
- Ensure adherence to firm compliance guidelines
- Front line resource for interviewing candidates for team recruiting initiatives
- Responsible for managing a select number of key client relationships (50% of capacity will be devoted to managing client relationships upon completion of initial training)
**Qualifications**
- B.S. Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) in leadership and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
