About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our reinsurance broking team, you will provide exceptional client services experience in the reinsurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with timely reporting of property and casualty reinsurance claims to their reinsurer trading partners.
  • Manage client reinsurance assets to ensure prompt recovery of amounts ceded to reinsurers.
  • Assist clients with year-end collateral funding needs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide mentorship for junior colleagues and assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of direct industry experience in the property and casualty insurance or reinsurance space.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal business communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience.
