Job Summary
The Senior Radiologic Technologist collaborates closely with the Director and Supervisor to train, assess competency, and supervise technical and support staff. This role is essential in monitoring technical and clerical functions to ensure efficient patient throughput and optimal utilization of resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the work of Technologists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and prioritize departmental workflow to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Maintain Performance Improvement and Quality Control activities to uphold service quality.
- Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established standards and practices.

Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent qualifications for Texas certification.
Experience:
A minimum of five years in an acute-care setting as a Radiologic Technologist, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- Licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist with the Texas Medical Board (TMB).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
