Job Summary

The Sales Manager role at Mindlance is a dynamic position that requires a strong understanding of the ecommerce channel and the ability to develop business plans that drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-paced, driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business plans with the ecommerce channel in mind and build internal and external alignment

• Implement strategy with cross-functional teamwork and communication

• Create and develop customer relationships, understanding the needs of accounts and communicating what those needs are and how to best deliver on those needs

• Work closely with Amazon to develop mutually beneficial strategies and tactics

• Deliver revenue targets by monitoring sales trends, forecasting accurately, and partnering with internal teams to ensure inventory to support sales trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-paced, driven environment, with a consistent track record for achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Excellent negotiation skills, strong relationship building and collaboration skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills, results-oriented individual, with a sense of urgency, sophisticated analytical/Excel/PC skills

• 20% Travel required
