Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our team on the Abdominal Transplant Unit at UNC Health. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
