Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for software, sensors, and control systems across single and multi-product solutions.
  • Product Development and Integration: Oversee the design, development, and integration of software and hardware solutions involving sensors and control systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with engineering managers of various product lines to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Quality and Performance: Establish and maintain high standards for product quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Innovation and Technology: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in software, sensor, and control system technologies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, sensor technologies, and control systems, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software and hardware solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, sensor integration, and control system design.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development tools.
