Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Corporate Sales Specialist is a key member of the Harmony Senior Services team, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales and marketing skills, who can develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Executive Directors to provide direct sales and marketing support
  • Support the development and facilitation of formal sales training initiatives
  • Partner with Directors of Sales and Marketing to develop effective quarterly sales and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Operations Team to ensure sales teams are working effectively across functions
  • Assist the marketing department in meeting all budget and occupancy expectations
  • Conduct phone and direct sales calls to ensure leasing expectations are met or exceeded
  • Manage all move-ins/outs to achieve maximum revenue performance for the community
  • Communicate incoming resident's special needs or requirements to the Director of Resident Services
  • Assist in maintaining an active, meaningful wait list
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to meet performance expectations
  • Manage and maintain a working knowledge of lead tracking and marketing software programs and systems
  • Assist in the success of internal sales programs such as resident/family referral and associate referral programs
  • Assist in motivating and rewarding staff to meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales/marketing preferred; or equivalent sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in senior living community
  • Proven track record as a successful Director of Sales and Marketing for Harmony Senior Services or similar organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
  • Understands and relates to the needs of seniors and the active aging process
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to review data and develop strategies that support effective sales processes
  • Strong customer service track record with measurable results
  • Ability to present material to groups, including senior HSS management team, owner, investors, professional groups, etc.

Working Conditions:

This role requires frequent travel throughout the region with some overnight stays required.
