Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, medical professionals, and referral sources
- Provide education and training to the community and medical profession on hospice services
- Coordinate care for referred patients and ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in a field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs
