Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support professional to join our team at LaSalle Network. As a Technical Sales Support specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Initiate contact with strategic vendors to engage them in the program and manage vendor queues.
- Prioritize calls, retire non-participating vendors, and ensure timely campaign completion.
- Input vendor and client data into specified databases and accurately document vendor contacts and acceptance status.
- Analyze enrollment metrics with clients, sales, and project management teams.
- Serve as an intermediary between vendors and clients, addressing payment concerns and negotiating terms.
- Overcome vendor objections by presenting alternative payment options.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and utilize various applications to efficiently assist customers.
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficiently cross-sell additional products and services.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel and provide customers with precise account information in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness.
- Manage multiple tasks, including data input, probing, solution provision, and navigating through different interfaces while employing basic customer satisfaction techniques.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- 1.5+ years of high call volume experience.
- 1+ years previous experience in inside sales/telesales or sales support preferred.
- Must be focused and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.
- Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision.
- Excellent level of personal organization with superior telephone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills are required.
- Analytical and general math skills are required.
- Ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple projects.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office product suite, including Excel and Outlook, is essential.
