Job Title: Help Desk Support
Job Summary:
Kenworth Sales Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Help Desk Support candidate to join our team. As a Help Desk Support specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with our hardware and software products. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, escalating tickets to other team members when necessary, and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with hardware and software products, or escalate to other team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including ticket logs and customer communication records.
- Stay up-to-date with company software and hardware products, and participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field, or at least 2 years of equivalent working experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work flexible hours as needed.
