Job Overview

Omni Wound Physicians is seeking a qualified Wound Care Specialist (PA, MD, NP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of chronic wounds: conducting evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, treatments, including wound debridement and appropriate dressing applications.
  • Providing gastric feeding tube replacement services.
  • Maintaining communication with the patient's primary care provider, nursing staff, patients, and their families.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • A valid Doctor of Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant license is mandatory.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in wound care is preferred but not essential.
  • A surgical background is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary (computer proficiency is required).
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to learn, instruct, and manage others effectively.
  • Team collaboration is essential.

Compensation:

  • Salary - Starting at $162,500.00 annually
  • Compensation will vary based on certifications, licenses (PA/MD/NP), and experience.

Standard Work Schedule:

  • Weekdays/On Call
  • Full-time position

Job Type:

Pay: Starting at $108,000.00 annually
