We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Key Accounts to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement key account plans to drive business growth and expand Regeneron's presence in the oncology market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large oncology healthcare institutions and commercial accounts
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, including product launches and market access initiatives
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies and drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans
- 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical sales, marketing, or account management, with a focus on oncology
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing account plans, driving business growth, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong understanding of the oncology market, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
