Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Southwest Washington. In this full-time position, you will support our outpatient practices in Vancouver & Longview, serving families and children with behavioral and emotional problems. This unique opportunity combines clinical expertise with a focus on community-based care, making it an excellent fit for a motivated and compassionate professional.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a key member of our interdisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions for patients of all ages
* Work closely with primary care physicians and pediatricians to manage medication and coordinate care
* Develop and lead parent education programs, promoting healthy relationships and positive outcomes for children and families
* Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
