Pediatric Nurse Specialist

Aveanna Healthcare, the leading provider of pediatric home healthcare in the US, is seeking compassionate Pediatric Nurse Specialists to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes.
About the Role:
- We offer a competitive salary of $30-$35 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and paid training.
- You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care, developing personalized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
- Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
- We prioritize infection control measures, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients.
- You will educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care policies and procedures.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred.
