Medical Director Psychiatry Position in Washington State

**Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC** is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team in **Vancouver, WA**. This is an exciting opportunity for a psychiatric professional to lead and manage the Acute Psychiatric Unit, providing exceptional patient care and overseeing a team of healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry, with expertise in anxiety, affective, and psychotic disorders. They will be responsible for facilitating quarterly medical executive committee meetings, administering responsibilities such as meetings, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
This locum tenens position offers a competitive salary of $**200,000 - $250,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus benefits and perks. The contract duration is ASAP - ongoing coverage, with flexible shift scheduling and a guaranteed minimum of 10-15 admissions per month.
To be eligible, candidates must hold an active license to practice medicine in Washington State and have completed their board certification in psychiatry. They should also be comfortable working with electronic medical records, paper dictation, and online ordering systems.
