About the JobJob Description:
- We are seeking experienced Pediatric Nurse Specialists who can provide high-quality patient care in a home setting.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatrics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- We require a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where you reside.
- Previous experience working in a pediatric setting is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely.
