Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As a School Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized therapy services to students with physical disabilities or challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' physical abilities, motor skills, and functional levels.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to gather comprehensive information for individualized treatment planning.

Treatment Planning and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals.
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities to improve students' strength, range of motion, coordination, and mobility.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with certification in school-based physical therapy (if required by state).
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities, orthopedic conditions, and therapeutic interventions appropriate for school-aged children.

About the Opportunity:
