Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
* Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed
* Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
* Current CPR certification
