Cannabis Sales Account Executive

We are currently in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Account Executive to enhance our team.
Position Summary: The Cannabis Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and broadening our market footprint within the designated region. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of cannabis products, including flowers, pre-rolls, and other related offerings, along with the necessary licenses and credentials to fulfill this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with dispensaries and other medical cannabis enterprises.
- Inform clients about our product range, including flowers, pre-rolls, and more.
- Present and clarify Certificates of Analysis (COA) for all products to ensure transparency and foster trust with clients.
- Meet and surpass sales objectives by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to all clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Remain updated on industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid license and credentials to sell medical cannabis.
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products, including flowers and pre-rolls.
- Familiarity with Certificates of Analysis (COA) and the ability to articulate them to clients.
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the cannabis sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in medical cannabis distribution or a related field.
- Established connections within the cannabis industry.
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
