Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute SOS Billings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Generate and analyze BOI reports to provide insights into property income and financial performance.
- Maintain and reconcile property accounting records, including general ledger entries, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurately captured and reported.
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor tenant account balances and follow up on overdue payments, coordinating with collections as needed.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal review and external stakeholders.
- Support the annual budgeting process and assist in the preparation of forecasts and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in property accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and property management accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software.
- CPA or relevant certification.
- Knowledge of SOS Billing and BOI reporting processes.
