This position will have responsibilities for leading both specifications and account management, driving business growth and revenue expansion within assigned territories.

Job Description:

This role involves finalizing details and closing sales for projects with local accounts within assigned territories, including pricing, quantities, material specifications, and shipping/delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for Formica sales within the Architect and Design community, within assigned territory, to achieve/exceed financial objectives including sales, share, and profitability.

The key member of the market selling team will ensure cohesive development and tracking of projects and opportunities to grow Formica sales in assigned territories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Demonstrated sales ability
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time including overnight travel
  • Business to Business (B2B) selling experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate across the internal organization (Field Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
  • Knowledge of computer systems/programs
  • Knowledge of local markets preferred

Benefits:

We offer an excellent compensation package to include base salary, bonus, and company car, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated annual base compensation for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, plus cost of living adjustment (based on location), and annual sales incentive.
