The Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is seeking a highly skilled Calf Development Territory Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our sales and marketing team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our calf care product offerings within assigned territories.

This role requires a strong understanding of the dairy industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve territory-specific goals and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with DFA members, area sales managers, and other stakeholders
  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers on DFA FS products and services related to calf care
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Documenting interactions and sales activities in Salesforce within 24 hours
  • Visiting cooperative member farms as required to assess calf facilities, observe conditions, and provide recommendations for feeding and care
  • Working closely with DFA FS team members, vendor representatives, and field staff to address customer needs

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
