We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as the Business Development and Sales Strategist at AGI Fresno. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders in telecommunication, expanding their business while assisting local communities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing territory, sales tactics, interacting with customers, upselling products, and overturning objections to enhance the customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Close training with experienced Sales Managers to gain a thorough understanding of the role, including territory management, sales strategies, customer interaction, upselling, and objection handling
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and wants through sales meetings and client brand webinars
  • Maintain client sales and customer acquisition goals when interacting with consumers, ensuring adherence to established standards or exceeding expectations individually and as a team
  • Follow guidelines when working with consumers and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Answer consumer questions and address concerns according to client compliance guidelines
  • Closing and completing sales for consumers looking to purchase products and services
  • Becoming an expert on client product and service knowledge to overcome objections and negotiate new contracts

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in promotions, sales, client-facing, communications, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with consumers and within the company
  • A drive to succeed and competitive nature
