About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team at Leadpoint Business Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of strong leadership skills, business acumen, and technical expertise in human resources. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent, as well as drive business results through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation laws
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Technical expertise in HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation laws
