Job Summary

Directions Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Representative II to join our team. As a Contact Center Representative II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information on accounts, payments, interest rates, loan options, and other credit union services.
  • Assist members with online and mobile banking, E-Statements, Remote Deposit Capture, and Bill Pay.
  • Perform basic maintenance functions and automatic transfers for loan payments.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with area personnel and management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
